MECHANICAL BIM MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL PROJECTS - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client are one of the best known and most respected providers of
quality project and maintenance services in Ireland.
The BIM Manager must ensure that the client’s requirements are met
with regards to the co-ordination of MEP services within the project
and liaising with other disciplines to ensure and full and complete
installation is achieved.
Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects from
the design stage through to completion and handover to the client.
You must have the ability and experience in large MEP contracts for
new build housing and commercial projects.
Development detailed Revit models MEP models to LOD **Apply on the

Generation of construction plans, sections and detail drawings from
Revit models.
Setup of additional Revit families and templates.
Clash management and issue identification and resolution.
Lead Coordination meetings with other disciplines and clients
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience acting in a similar role designing MEP services
Relevant third level certification in a related engineering discipline
or a relevant trade qualification.
Revit 3D modelling and drawing production experience essential.
Advanced Revit setup and family creation an advantage.
Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model management
required.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and
specifications.
Good organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft office Outlook, Excel & Word.
Ability to integrate as part of a team to meet the Client
Deliverables.
